* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southern and eastern Lincoln County in east central
Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 945 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 815 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.

- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hugo, Arriba, Karval, Boyero, Wild Horse Point and Forder.

Recommended Action

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland along creeks, and
other low lying areas.
